Giving in recession? - Web Exclusive Article - Significance Magazine
Giving in recession? - Web Exclusive Article - Significance Magazine: How generous are we now, as times get harder? The latest survey also shows a continuing decline for public spending on all types of benefits; only 28% of the population thinks the government should spend more on welfare benefits.
