The Nonprofit Research Collaborative (NRC) is a group of nonprofits, associations and for-profits serving the sector who are putting their efforts together in creating and supporting one common fundraising survey to support fundraising and philanthropy."

Half of Colleges and Private Schools Use Social Media to Raise Money - The Chronicle of Philanthropy: "More than half of the colleges and private schools that participated in a new survey are using social media to raise money. Fifty-seven percent of the 551 survey participants who answered a question regarding online donations said they knew their institutions were using social media for this purpose."

The Blackbaud Index: Overall Charitable Giving Increased 1.7 Percent | Blackbaud News: "The Blackbaud Index today reported that overall charitable giving to nonprofits increased 1.7% and online giving increased 9.9% for the three months ending March 2015 as compared to the same period in 2014.
As reported in the 2014 Charitable Giving Report, overall giving grew 2.1% while online giving grew 8.9% for the full year 2014 compared to the full year 2013. Survey Says Diversity in Giving Changing Landscape American Philanthropy : Page 1 of 1 : FundRaising Success: "In order to take a look at the current fundraising landscape, nonprofit software provider Blackbaud recently released its latest study, Diversity in Giving: The Changing Landscape of American Philanthropy. The study, conducted in October 2014, surveyed 1,096 U.S. adults who say they have donated to a nonprofit in the past 12 months. What it found is that "nearly three-fourths of donors today are non-Hispanic whites, despite the fact that whites make up only 64 percent of the population. "
