Survey: Conn. Community providers cutting back -- Newsday.com: "HARTFORD, Conn. - A new survey of private, nonprofit social service agencies in Connecticut shows most are delaying repairs to buildings and not filling jobs.

Some are also closing programs for the elderly and mentally ill, according to the survey released Thursday."

i dont think they're cutting back, i just think they're working on revising their strategy due to our economies current situation
