MCF | Giving in Minnesota: New Research Released on the Arts
According to new MCF research, Minnesota grantmaking to the arts rebounded significantly in 2010, growing to $129 million, which is 20 percent above 2009 levels. The rise follows an almost steady decline in arts giving since 2004.
MCF also released a report in August on education giving, finding more grantmaking dollars funneled toward K-12 needs. The complete Giving in Minnesota, 2012 Edition will be released in October.
